Anxiety

Anxiety is a mood that can occur without a known stimulus. Because of that, we can distinguish it from fear.
You can recognize anxiety by rapid heartbeat, nausea, stomach aches or headaches. The external indicators are shaking, sweating, pallor, pupillary dilation and nail biting. 



Here are a few tips on how to overcome anxiety:
1. Make a hot bath. A hot bath will relax you and it will clear your mind of any bad thoughts. You can also use some lavender oils to soothe your nerves.
2. Don't overdo on caffeine. People who have some anxiety symptoms are often sensitive of caffeine. You shouldn't drink more then one glass/cup of Coke, coffee or tea. Also, you should slow down with the alcohol.
3. Pick a meditation or aerobic exercise. It will reduce your anxiety and it will help you relax.
4. Take deeper breaths. If you fill anxiety, sit down, put your hand on your stomach and start inhaling mildly so you can feel your stomach's expansion. It very important that your shoulders are still. Hold your breath for five seconds and then exhale.
